Your friend should definitely keep them all for herself! :) I've never made penny cookies before... over here, the trend seems to be 'the bigger the better'. Most supermarkets sell giant chewy cookies which are wonderful, but I love bite sized things. I could easily devour a huge batch of these ginger wonders.
